Simply Schedule An X-Ray Exam

Contact us at trinityimagingwp@gmail.com to set up your account as an ordering Clinician. We will need your Name, NPI #, Phone #, Fax #, & Email.

Once you're set up, you or your staff can schedule appointments for your patients as needed. You will receive a customized link with each exam to securely view your patient's x-rays & printable radiology report. Keep scrolling below for more details.

We will accept Walk-Ins if you need to get someone in more quickly. They will be taken as we have availability, though access is not guaranteed.

Patients/Self-Referral

Before scheduling an appointment, you will either need an order from your doctor for X-rays or we can confirm the need. Just E-mail us at  trinityimagingwp@gmail.com stating the reason for X-rays. We will confirm the need & send instructions walking you through your next steps.

If you have an order from your doctor with the number of views, you can schedule your appointment by clicking the button to the left. You will need to bring the X-ray order with you.

How It Works

Schedule the Exams/Views that you want for yourself or your patient.... We'll do the rest.
  1. Click the button to the left to begin Scheduling the appointment - You'll be taken to a different tab.
  2. Choose the Number of Views, Select the Date & Time, & Enter your Name or your Patient's Name, & your/their preferred Contact for an appointment notification reminder to be sent.
  3. Fill out the downloadable Exam Order Form to select the specific exams of your choice. Patients must bring the order form for their appointment.

For your convenience, you can review a list of X-ray Exams to be ordered. When scheduling an appointment you or your staff will simply need to select the number of views. The Exam Order Form will indicate what Exam(s) & Number of Views the Technician will perform.

​X-Ray Exams: Standard views Trinity Imaging performs. We recommend a 2 View minimum [orthogonal projections] to establish the basic requirements of a radiographic series.

Pricing & Payment

Trinity Imaging exists to provide affordable imaging for underinsured or self-pay patients. 1 View $45, 2-3 Views $80, 4-5 Views $120, 6-7 Views $150, 8-9 Views $180.

Payment is due from patients before services will be provided. We accept, cash, check, debit, & credit cards only - No Insurance Accepted.

How do I get my results?
If your Practitioner/Physician ordered them, they will have access to your results & report via a secure portal. They will arrange a time to discuss the results with you. If you Self-Refer & Schedule, you will be able to access your results via the secure portal or have your Practitioner/Physician access the portal. Results are available next day
